By accessing or using SkillStreamers, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Platform Role and Disclaimers

SkillStreamers is an educational aggregation and tracking platform. We do not host, create, or manage the actual course content. All courses, certifications, and educational materials are hosted by third-party providers (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, EdX).

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the courses provided by third-party networks. Any disputes regarding course content, billing, or refunds must be directed to the respective LMS provider.

3. User Accounts & Gamification

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. The "XP" (Experience Points) and "Streaks" awarded on this platform hold no monetary value and are intended solely for personal motivation and gamification within the SkillStreamers ecosystem.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
